Influence
After researching about Antonio Vivaldi, it has come to my understanding that his father was a great influence to the music that he produced. Antonio was first introduced to music in his childhood was when his father began teaching him how to play the violin. They both toured in venice and played this insturment together on several occasions. In fact they both were greatly known for their skills and talent when it came to playing the violin. Antonio's father Giovanni Battista Vivaldi showed Antonio how interesting and enjoyable it was to play the violin everyday. Therefore as Antonio got older and started composing music, 230 of his instrumental compositions consisted of the violin! I personally think that the fact that Antonio Vivaldi's music was usually cheerful and stimulating was also a result of the influence that his father had on him. The reason that I think this is because of the fact that Antonio was believed to thoroughly enjoy playing compositions on the violin with his father and so his enjoyable past had a positive impact on his music. In conclusion what I'm trying to say is that I think that Antonio Vivaldi's father made a huge impact on the music that Antonio Produced and composed.
